Lack of consistent ethics among high-ranking universities leads to the resignations of 2 famous coaches for either sexual-related issues or financial misuse of financial aid to athletes.

1. Women in executive roles continue to increase steadily, while the number of people of color in executive roles level off.
2. Companies failed to invest in developing their talent during economic downturn experience significant losses in talent to competitors.
3. Companies unprepared for the large influx of men and women retruning from the military.
4. Military returning home in large numbers puts pressure on employers to create jobs.
5. Talent gap continues to widen in US as companies continue to outsourcing services to other countries.

It is so sad to read that fresh graduates are not prepared to join the work force. As I am a fresh graduate and job seeker myself, this makes me also angry. Who is it to blame? I graduated with Honors and still can't find a job. How am I supposed to have working experience if I was so busy studying? What do companies want and expect? Why don't they just get involved with schools and finance programs that would prepare students to handle an entry-level job. There must be a solution to this. Otherwise the huge amount of money invested in education is just wasted.

1) Think globally and act locally in the next decade maybe is not enough as issues of the world where the business is going on is in critical condition (global warming, polution etc).2). Talent Management is corporate strategy to make the corporate becomes highly responsive, high performance, competitive advantage, sustainable and meets business targets. So, talent should have competencies that support the company to reach the goals. Maybe in the next decade talent should also concern to the environment and the life as a whole (?).3) Talent should have leadership competency. Should he have leadership to motivate people to care about the life and the world we live in (?).4). Regarding learning & development, should there be a system to support talent to be a leader to maintain the world where the business is in ((?).5). Corporate social responsibility (CSR) should be interpretated as any effort to make life and world sustainable (?).6). Maybe all mentioned above look odd, and let sustainable life and world left to government and NGO. Maybe yes, and maybe no. Let's see what will happen in the next decade.
