The Bersin & Associates research membership is an integrated program which combines timely and actionable research, a wide range of benchmarking tools and advisory services, and professional networking for the HR and L&D organization. Built around a rigorous and comprehensive process of continuous research, the membership gives organizations a rich set of information and tools to help people "get smart fast," rapidly learn best-practices, design solutions, select the right vendors and partners, and benchmark themselves against industry best-practices.

The program is built around 17 different subject areas which cover all aspects of corporate training, talent management, tools and technology. Updated weekly, the libraries include detailed industry studies, research bulletins, case studies, organization charts, job aids, selection guides, implementation tools, and more.

Solution Provider Library – Corporate and enterprise members get access to our unique Solution Provider Library, a comprehensive, up-to-date database of software, service, and content providers, designed to help organizations develop short-lists and select the right vendors.

Executive and Practitioner Networking – Members are directly connected with peers in a variety of ways, including informal discussions and member forums, periodic regional briefings, and our annual research conference.

IMPACT 2010: The Business of Talent^® –Members participate in special, member-only activities at the company's annual research conference. Members also receive access to all presentations and video replays.
