Action-planning is one of the most important steps in the employee engagement strategy because this is where employees start to see the results of their responses to the engagement survey (or other forms of engagement assessments). Action-planning is also an opportunity to improve engagement by involving employees in the process of considering solutions and developing the plans for change.
