Bersin & Associates’ Impact Measurement Framework Incorporated into KnowledgeAdvisors’ Metrics That Matter®

Partnership Designed to Help Corporations Implement Bersin & Associates’ Business-Based Approach to Measuring Corporate Learning

The Impact Measurement Framework is the centerpiece of Josh Bersin’s The Training Measurement Book, published in 2008 and recently recognized by as one of its top 10 business books in 2008. The framework offers a roadmap and set of methodologies for implementing a practical, business-based measurement program for corporate learning.
