The company’s fourth annual conference takes place April 27-28 at The Vinoy Renaissance Resort in St. Petersburg, FL.

Among the more than 20 breakout sessions, Bersin & Associates analysts will share highlights from new research, including Talking to the Business about Culture, and highlights of upcoming research on high-impact leadership development and high-impact performance management.
IMPACT attendees also are invited to participate in one of two special workshops following the conference, on Friday, April 29. “Developing Analytics: The Intersection of HR and Business,” is co-hosted by Eaton Corporation and includes recent research findings on HR analytics and detailed examples of models already in use.
