As our human resources clients understand well, one of the keys to an organization’s success is attracting and building great leadership.” Bob Finley has been named chief financial officer. Finley brings to his role a wealth of experience in managing fast-growing companies. He comes to Bersin & Associates from Telekenex, where during his tenure revenues grew from $17 million to $40 million through organic growth and acquisitions. Previously, Finley has served as CFO at a range of companies, including JetNow, Apex Aviation, Netli and Military.com.Paula Reinman has joined the company as senior vice president, marketing, and is responsible for building brand and demand for Bersin & Associates’ membership and services. Reinman has extensive expertise in building and growing new markets and has held senior positions in all areas of marketing. Reinman comes to Bersin & Associates from Microsoft, where she was responsible for partner marketing for Mediaroom, Microsoft’s award-winning IPTV platform. Reinman also has served as senior director of corporate marketing for Juniper Networks and played significant roles in bringing leading-edge services to market for AT&T.Michael J. Horazy has been named vice president, sales, and is responsible for U.S. corporate markets. Horazy has more than 15 years in sales management, business development and consulting experience in the human capital industry. Prior to joining Bersin & Associates, he served as vice president, North America sales, for ECi (eCommerce Industries Inc.), and before that, he was regional vice president, North America, for Vurv Technology and for Taleo Inc. after Vurv was purchased by Taleo in 2008. Previously, he served as client engagement manager at BearingPoint (formerly KPMG Consulting).Allen Keetch has been named vice president, international sales, responsible for Bersin & Associates’ global business with a focus on Europe, Middle East and Africa. Keetch has served for the past six years as director of sales for Bersin & Associates, where he was responsible for business development in both domestic and overseas markets. For the past four years, he was a top sales producer, generating more than a quarter of the company’s total business in 2010. Previously, Keetch served as general sales manager for Anheuser-Busch, where he was instrumental in helping the company triple its business in the U.K.Max Meadow has been promoted to vice president, consulting. An experienced advisor in talent and performance management, training and performance support, and software adoption, Meadow has worked throughout Asia and Europe in a variety of vertical industries including technology, manufacturing, finance, and life sciences and healthcare. Before joining Bersin & Associates, Meadow served as operations manager in the Enterprise Systems Group at RWD Technologies, director of strategic services at Saba, and business development manager at Genesis Consulting. Previously, he led a reactor controls division aboard a U.S. Navy submarine. Laura Evenson has joined Bersin & Associates as vice president, communications, where she is responsible for public relations, messaging, thought leadership and major events. Before joining Bersin & Associates, she was director of communications at ImageSpan, where she led global media relations, analyst relations and developed social media initiatives. Previously, Evenson served as a director at SutherlandGold Group and in a prior role as a manager at Burson-Marsteller. Before joining Burson-Marsteller, she served as a staff business and feature writer for the San Francisco Chronicle.Gary Walker has been named executive director, overseeing the accounts of large global consulting firms. Walker joins Bersin & Associates from RWD Technologies, where most recently he served as senior vice president, strategic alliances.
