Bersin & Associates Launches Research Initiative to Analyze the Customer Experience with Talent Management Systems

Online Survey Available to Current Users; Covers Product Quality, Service, Support, Implementation, and More.

Oakland, CA – July 1, 2010 – Bersin & Associates announced today a major, objective research initiative designed to shed light on customers’ experiences with talent management systems. The research and advisory firm is seeking input from system users at all levels – from those with hands-on, daily use to those responsible for IT support to those with budget responsibility. The research is designed to collect feedback from companies of all sizes and at all stages of implementation. The survey is applicable to purchased or hosted applications that include at least two talent-related modules.

The online survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. The survey, which will be live through August 6, covers these areas: Business relationships, product quality, service, client support, and implementation. Users have the opportunity to evaluate multiple systems.

Findings will be unveiled in the presentation, Talent Management System Vendors: Leaders and Laggards in Customer Satisfaction at the HR Technology Conference on September 30, in Chicago. Talent Management Systems Customer Experience 2011, the detailed research study, is planned for publication in late fourth quarter.

Those completing the survey receive a complimentary research bulletin, Talent Segmentation Within Your Company’s Talent Strategy, along with a summary of the findings when available.
