Learning and Capability Development

“Learning and capability development” encompasses all organizational activity aimed at: (1) bettering the performance of individuals and groups within the organization by addressing gaps in skills, knowledge and competencies; and, (2) building the strategic talent capabilities of the organization through a systematic focus on competence required to meet business objectives. This typically includes learning strategy, audience assessment, content design and development, learning programs, measurement and evaluation, and learning culture.
