Andrew Huddart, General Manager; Director, Deloitte Consulting LLP
Andrew Huddart is responsible for running the Bersin by Deloitte business. He has built multiple global content and technology businesses over a 30 year career. He was most recently General Manager of the Corporate Leadership Council (Human Capital franchise) and Asia Pacific region at the Corporate Executive Board. Before joining CEB, Andrew was President of Moody's KMV, a credit risk software and analytics business. Prior to that, he served as Chief Executive Officer for mPower, an investment advisory firm (sold to Morningstar in 2003) and was Chief Operating Officer and then President, International, at Barra (now MSCI Barra), institutional investment analytics provider. Andrew spent the first 14 years of his career with Reuters (now Thomson Reuters), the global news and financial products company, in sales, marketing and product management positions around the globe.

Josh Bersin, Principal and Founder
Josh Bersin founded Bersin in 2001 to provide research and advisory services focused on corporate learning. He is responsible for Bersin by Deloitte’s long term strategy and market eminence. Josh is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been quoted on talent management topics in key media, including Harvard Business Review, The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, on BBC Radio, CBS Radio and National Public Radio. He is a popular blogger for Forbes.com and has been a columnist since 2007 for Chief Learning Officer magazine. Josh spent 25 years in product development, product management, marketing and sales of e-learning and other enterprise technologies at companies including DigitalThink (now Convergys), Arista Knowledge Systems, Sybase, and IBM. Josh's education includes a B.S. in Engineering from Cornell University, an M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University, and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Rikard Bandebo, Vice President, Product Management
Rikard Bandebo is the head of product management at Bersin by Deloitte. Prior to joining Bersin by Deloitte, Rikard led the analytics and advisory product groups at First Data Corporation, where he was also the Chief Economist and appeared regularly on Bloomberg TV and on several other media outlets. Rikard has an extensive background in research, having worked at the Corporate Executive Board for more than six years, where he was the Senior Director and the Global Manager for the Investor Relations Roundtable and JM Lafferty Associates. Rikard has also worked in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures for Ford Motor Company. He began his career building analytics applications for portfolio managers at ABB Investment Management.
Laura Evenson, Vice President, Marketing and Communications
Laura Evenson is responsible for building brand awareness and demand for Bersin by Deloitte’s membership and services. Laura has extensive experience with building visibility across geographies, vertical industries, businesses and communities. Previously, Laura led communications to drive business opportunities at ImageSpan. Prior to that, Laura served as a director for SutherlandGold Group, and has also served as a manager at Burson-Marsteller, where she drove new business and developed effective communications strategies for clients including HP, SRI International, CDW, Qualcomm, Fujitsu Software, CollegeClub.com, and Accenture. Earlier in her career, Laura served as a staff business and feature writer for the San Francisco Chronicle, a contributing editor for Sound & Vision magazine, a business writer at the Oakland Tribune, and a contributor to McGraw-Hill World News magazines, including BusinessWeek. She holds a B.A. in History from the University of California at Berkeley.

Chris Howard, Co-founder; Head of Product Development
Chris Howard heads product development at Bersin by Deloitte. He has an extensive background in learning and enterprise systems technology. Chris has provided research and consulting services in the deployment of learning systems to many organizations. He has authored research reports on a variety of topics in enterprise learning. Chris was instrumental in creating the research development processes at Bersin by Deloitte. Most recently, he led the effort to develop the BersinInsights platform and other technology products. Earlier in his career, Chris held positions in product development and management for several industry-leading learning technology products including those from Macromedia (now Adobe), IBM, and Convergys. He helped direct the product strategy and development for key systems in the early days of the enterprise learning systems marketplace. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston.
Suvendu Mahapatra, Vice President, Engineering
Suvendu Mahapatra runs the engineering organization and is responsible for creating Bersin's next generation cloud based digital media strategy which includes SaaS, mobile, social, LMS, and publishing platforms. Suvendu brings more than 20 years of engineering, product development and management experience. Suvendu was the Vice President of Engineering at JiWire, a venture capital backed leading provider of location-based advertising on WiFi and mobile platforms. He also had a distinguished 11 year stint with Yahoo! where he was involved in building and managing business critical and global web platforms, product development, operations and infrastructure. His experience includes data mining, online advertisement, digital content management and publishing, single sign-on, SaaS and CRM systems. Suvendu has also held positions at Sun and SGI. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Anna University and an MBA from San Jose State University.
David Mallon, Head of Research
David Mallon leads the Research team – setting strategy, ensuring high-quality operations, and driving continuous innovation. He is also the steward for our Learning and Development research practice and is the primary force behind our work in learning cultures, high-impact learning organization maturity, and learning management systems. He is a recognized thought leader in the learning industry and a frequent speaker at key industry events. Before joining Bersin, David led the consulting practice for a major LMS provider. Prior to that, he held learning and organization development-related positions with EarthLink, where he was responsible for overall learning strategy for its global call center organization. He holds a B.A. in English Literature from Emory University and an M.S. in Digital Media from the Georgia Institute of Technology with focuses on computer-aided distance learning and on storytelling in digital environments.
Andrew Potts, Chief Financial Officer
Andrew Potts leads the Finance, Sales Operations and Client Support functions within Bersin by Deloitte. Andrew has more than 20 years of finance and accounting management experience. Prior to joining Bersin by Deloitte, Andrew was CFO of MetricStream Inc., a Silicon Valley-based enterprise software firm where he had responsibility for its global accounting, finance, and legal operations. Prior to MetricStream, Andrew spent ten years at Moody's Corporation where he held various senior roles within its software business units, including a position as CFO of Moody’s KMV. Before the Moody’s acquisition, Andrew was the Controller of KMV Company, a fast-growing San Francisco based software firm. Andrew also spent time at Robert Half International, a leading staffing firm, in various management roles within its Finance organization. Andrew holds a B.A. degree with a concentration in Economics from Colgate University.
Keather Snyder, Vice President, Sales
Keather Snyder leads the Bersin by Deloitte sales organization. Keather brings more than 25 years of experience in the Human Capital industry. She was most recently Vice President of Inside Sales and Channel Distribution Management at AchieveGlobal, where she spent close to 20 years in a variety of positions including sales leadership, sales, consulting and learning & development. Prior to AchieveGlobal she served as program manager at RMS Technologies. She began her career as a learning practitioner, providing customer support and training at Electronic Data Systems (EDS). Keather holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Marketing/Advertising and a minor in German studies from Ferris State University. She did post graduate studies toward a completion of an MBA in International Business at Baldwin-Wallace University.
