Charles Goretsky ThumbCharles Goretsky has more than 30 years of both industry and consulting experience in human capital, with deep expertise in HR and Talent Management transformations, primarily focused on strategy development, analytics, operations, and technology selection. He leads consulting engagements for global clients across industries, where he assists organizations identify, develop and implement strategic human capital enhancements designed to substantially improve their ability to acquire, develop, manage, and lead high-performing workforces. His experience includes the development of leading edge HR analytics and predictive capabilities across the spectrum of HR, talent acquisition, retention, and learning functions. Prior experience includes corporate HR leadership roles, consulting, and coaching with leading companies in telecommunications, aerospace, healthcare, technology and publishing. He earned a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Texas A&M University, and bachelor's degree in Psychology from Virginia Tech.

Al JohnsonAl Johnson has responsibility for business development and management of the Consulting practice as well as the quality execution of member-related consulting projects. He leads a team of highly skilled consultants that together with research-based consulting practices and proven methodologies help shape our members’ go-forward thinking through strategy development, vendor selection and process design. Over the past five years he has worked in Bersin Consulting, most recently as vice president of consulting, focusing on providing expert guidance in talent management, learning and integrated systems selection to leading global organizations. Prior to joining Bersin, he held various leadership and management roles in HR, Talent and L&D for Eastman Kodak, Pitney Bowes, Danka Corporation and VehiCare.
